All of our bags and pouches are 100% handmade, using individually placed beads. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations in bead placement, shape, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
We take great care to ensure high quality and thoroughly inspect each item before shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor imperfections or variations that are inherent to handmade products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature of handmade items.
